Company Profile Lixian Junda Waterborne Coating Factory was established in 2014. The company began research on production and application in 2014. It is a manufacturer of water-based color pastes integrating professional production, sales and R & D, producing a variety of color water-based color pastes. Located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, with a workshop construction area of 10000 square meters and an annual output of 15000 tons of water-based color paste, the company has developed rapidly in line with the purpose of "innovative development and efficient service". At present, Shijiazhuang Xinji factory is building [annual output of 20000 tons of water-based color paste products]. The products are widely used in many color application fields, such as water-based industrial paint, architectural coating, papermaking, fiber stock solution coloring, water-based ink, children's toy coloring, artificial lawn and so on. The original design intention that Lixian Junda Waterborne Coating Factory built Shijiazhuang Xinji factory was to convert the color paste production from the traditional cylinder pulling intermittent mode to the continuous, large-scale and centralized production mode. We have purchased 50 sets of nano sand grinding equipment, all of which include sand grinding machine, disperser, mixer and automatic packaging machine. They are designed as non washing machine and non washing cylinder, so as to reduce material loss, environmental emission and cross color pollution, and meet the requirements of mass production and intelligent chemical plant.
Exhibits 1. Waterborne black pulp 
Appearance: bright black liquid PH：7-8.5 Fineness: ＜ 10um Solid content: 46% Application fields: water-based industrial paint, architectural coatings, papermaking, fiber stock solution coloring, water-based ink, children's toy coloring, artificial lawn and other color fields. The water-based industrial paint color paste is made of water as diluent, selected various pigments and dispersants and ultra-fine grinding. It is suitable for the special color paste for the color matching of water-based industrial paint in water-based alkyd, water-based acrylic acid, epoxy and other resin systems. It has obvious advantages in coating drying, gloss influence and compatibility.
2. Waterborne red pulp
Appearance: bright red liquid PH value: 7-8.5 Fineness: ＜ 10um Solid content: 50% This series of products are water-based pigment preparations selected from high-grade inorganic and organic pigments and produced by foreign high-grade equipment and professional technology. This series of products has high pigment content, high coloring power, high brightness, super fine particle size and even distribution, good viscosity, good chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, light resistance and weatherability, and compatibility with all resin emulsion systems. Product features: Water as the main carrier, less organic volatiles. Comply with EN71-3 heavy metal requirements for toys.
3. Waterborne blue paste 
Appearance: dark blue liquid PH value: 7-8.5 Fineness: ＜ 10um Solid content: 50% This series of products are water-based pigment preparations selected from high-grade inorganic and organic pigments and produced by foreign high-grade equipment and professional technology. This series of products has high pigment content, high coloring power, high brightness, super fine particle size and even distribution, good viscosity, good chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, light resistance and weatherability, and compatibility with all resin emulsion systems. Product features: Water as the main carrier, less organic volatiles. Comply with EN71-3 heavy metal requirements for toys.
